Hi Sharon,

I just wanted to let you know that our work today has had such an affect on me! I feel stronger,
I have more clarity and direction, and I don't notice that empty feeling that has been gnawing away at me lately. I know that I could not possibly have functioned before our work. Some things have definitely shifted inside me and although it feels new, it feels good. Thank you so much!

In Sharon's presence I was able to be authentic, to access that greater part of me that is so often
hidden and unrevealed. The freedom to express my truest nature, to articulate that component
of myself which so longed for expression and freedom was utterly healing. Without her immense
love and compassion I could not have done this. She has truly helped me on my journey of love and self discovery.

Sharon was a fantastic help. Her love, compassion, and generosity really went a long way.
Even while communicating with me via email as I was living overseas, Sharon was able to provide
helpful exercises that allowed me to refocus and center myself. Her ability to ask the right

I can see the difference in my eyes, and my breathing! I have also committed to stop judging
myself. That was another source of blockage, I feel so free. I am learning to 'see' more clearly
now. I have shed a big piece of my old skin... yay I am embracing the path now....

There is such a positive healing energy about you and surrounds you in your healing room.
Whenever I feel emotional, sad or angry, it is amazing how quickly I feel so much better just
